Are you feeling overwhelmed by your grief ?


The loss of a loved one can often leave you feeling totally overwhelmed and isolated; you may be feeling completely lost, in despair, confused, and even angry. Even amongst close friends and family, some thoughts and feelings can be difficult to express or share. Often, the ability to talk about these difficult feelings and experiences in confidentiality with a professional and independent person, free from any judgement, can provide relief.



Counselling is a 'talking therapy' which aims to bring about understanding, change, and healing through the relationship between client and counsellor.



I recognise that it can also feel difficult to know if counselling is right for you, right now. You may be feeling nervous about beginning therapy or unsure of how bereavement counselling could help. To alleviate some of this uncertainty, I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation; this gives you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about counselling as well as an opportunity for us both to talk about how we could work together. At this point, you will have a better understanding if counselling is what you need right now.
